Hi, I’m Sam O’Leary, Director of nGenium. After graduating from University and a brief stint in wealth management, I decided to pursue a career in recruitment. For the first 9 years, I worked for a leading global recruitment company, working my way up the ranks and managing two successful technology teams covering multiple industries. It was a fantastic period in my career which I look back upon fondly.
 

In 2019, an opportunity presented itself to set up a new recruitment company, specialising in Embedded Software & Electronics. The timing was great and it was a challenge that I couldn't wait to start. One of the main attractions was being able to use my previous experience to build a company from the ground up that I could be proud of.
 

In terms of my approach, I pride myself on being honest, offering a transparent service, and endeavouring to build long-lasting relationships in the process. Away from the office, I enjoy swimming, playing football and spending time with family and friends.
