Treatment can’t wait for a repair.
Radiation therapy runs to tight schedules. When a linear accelerator goes down, patients’ treatment courses are interrupted, and cancer centers need it back in clinical use fast.
LINAC engineers combine high-voltage, RF, mechanical and software skills with the discipline to work inside strict radiation safety and QA processes. Few engineers have that mix, and they’re in demand everywhere.
We know the platforms, the manufacturers and the people. Our LINAC network grows through referrals from engineers we’ve worked with, which helps us reach people who aren’t on the job boards.
