He manages relationships with key clients across U.S. diagnostic imaging and healthcare technology, and specializes in senior leadership and executive recruitment in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).

Nathan co-founded nGenium and brings 20 years of recruitment experience, much of it in the medical and healthcare sectors. His expertise is in radiation oncology, working with clinical and technical professionals, and the wider radiation technology and enterprise imaging market.

nGenium started in 2019 with one focus: imaging service. The engineers who install, maintain and repair MRI, CT, X-ray and LINAC systems are some of the hardest people in healthcare to find, and most recruiters don’t understand what they do.
We did. That technical understanding is still the foundation of everything we do. From it we’ve grown into seven connected specialties, from BMETs and HTM leaders to imaging technologists, medical physicists and enterprise imaging teams.
Today we work with businesses of every size, from startups and SMEs to global organizations: hospitals, health systems, outpatient centers, OEMs, independent service organizations and cancer centers nationwide. We understand the clinical impact of every hire, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
