Role Overview
Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, troubleshooting, and major repairs on CT, MRI, and X ray equipment.
Complete electrical safety inspections, quality assurance reports, and accurate service documentation.
Support biomedical equipment technician training and serve as a technical resource in your areas of expertise.
Provide emergency on call support and coordinate repair parts orders within established budgets.
Key Requirements
Five or more years of radiology equipment repair experience and prior biomedical experience preferred.
Experience servicing CT, MRI, and X ray systems, with the ability to perform senior biomedical equipment technician duties at BMET III level.
Associate degree in electronics, imaging technology, or biomedical equipment technology, or relevant military training preferred.
CRES certification preferred and willingness to participate in on call coverage required.
