Imaging Equipment Technician
Location: North Texas (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: 65,000 to $90,000
About the Company:
An established healthcare technology services provider supporting hospitals and clinical facilities with biomedical and diagnostic imaging equipment. The organization focuses on equipment reliability, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and responsive technical support.
Role Overview:
You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and install a broad range of biomedical and diagnostic imaging equipment. Systems include general patient care devices alongside X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy equipment. You will perform planned maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and complex repairs while supporting clinical teams. Some travel, after-hours work, and emergency service calls may be required.
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on medical equipment service experience in a hospital or clinical environment
• Experience servicing biomedical equipment and diagnostic imaging systems
• Strong electromechanical and system-level troubleshooting skills
• Experience with X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and/or fluoroscopy preferred
• Imaging equipment service training through an OEM, accredited training provider, or military program preferred
• Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
