Medical imaging
service engineers.

Imaging service is where nGenium started. We recruit the field and in-house engineers who install, repair and maintain MRI, CT, X-ray and the rest of the imaging fleet, for OEMs, independent service providers and hospitals across the U.S.

● Why it matters

When a scanner is down, patients wait.

Every imaging department runs on uptime. A CT or MRI that’s out of service means canceled appointments, delayed diagnoses and lost revenue, so the engineers who keep that equipment running are some of the hardest people in healthcare to replace.

Good imaging engineers are scarce. They need deep modality knowledge, OEM training and the judgment to work alone in a hospital at short notice, and the best of them are rarely looking.

This is the market we know best. Our network is built one engineer at a time, across modalities and OEMs, so we can reach people who aren’t applying to job boards.

● The service lifecycle

We recruit across the whole lifecycle.

From the day a system arrives on site to the day it’s replaced.

01 · INSTALL

Installation

Rigging, mechanical and electrical install, and calibration of new systems.

02 · MAINTAIN

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled PMs, quality checks and manufacturer-recommended service.

03 · REPAIR

Corrective service

Fault-finding and repair on site, often against the clock.

04 · SUPPORT

Remote & technical support

Remote diagnostics, escalation and support for complex faults.

05 · UPGRADE

Upgrades & replacement

Software and hardware upgrades, de-installs and end-of-life replacement.

● Roles we recruit

Field, in-house and everything in between.

Permanent and contract roles for OEMs, independent service providers and hospitals.

01

Field Service Engineers

Engineers covering a territory, servicing imaging systems at customer sites across a region.

02

Modality Specialists

CT, MRI, X-ray, cath lab, mammography and nuclear medicine engineers with deep single-modality expertise.

03

Multi-modality Engineers

Engineers trained across several modalities, often the backbone of ISOs and in-house teams.

04

In-house Imaging Engineers

Hospital-employed engineers who look after a health system’s own imaging fleet.

05

Installation Engineers

Specialists who install, commission and de-install systems, from single rooms to full departments.

06

Technical Support & Leadership

Remote support engineers, senior technical specialists, field service managers and regional leads.
