BMET &
biomedical engineers.

We recruit biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs) and biomedical engineers who keep hospital equipment safe and working, across critical care settings where reliability is essential.

● Why it matters

Every device has to work, every time.

Hospitals rely on a huge fleet of medical devices, from infusion pumps and patient monitors to ventilators and anesthesia machines. Each one has to be inspected, maintained and ready when a clinician needs it.

BMETs do that work. They need hands-on technical skill, knowledge of the regulations and the confidence to work alongside clinical teams in critical care, the OR and beyond.

We recruit across BMET levels and settings, from technicians early in their careers to lead BMETs and imaging BMETs, for hospitals, VA centers, ISOs and health systems.

● The equipment lifecycle

We recruit across the whole lifecycle.

From the day a device arrives to the day it’s retired.

01 · RECEIVE

Incoming inspection

Acceptance testing, asset tagging and setup of new equipment.

02 · INSPECT

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled PMs, electrical safety testing and performance checks.

03 · REPAIR

Corrective repair

Troubleshooting and repair across clinical departments.

04 · COMPLY

Compliance & records

Documentation, recalls and readiness for accreditation surveys.

05 · RETIRE

Planning & retirement

Input on replacement planning and safe decommissioning.

● Roles we recruit

From BMET I to lead technician.

Permanent and contract roles for hospitals, VA centers, ISOs and health systems.
