Hello, I’m Nathan Upton, Director at nGenium. After I completed a BSc degree I jumped straight into the world of technical recruitment. Securing my first recruitment role in 2007, since then I progressed into management, leading an award-winning contract team. After 13 years of technical recruitment and 8 years specifically within the Embedded Systems & Electronics market, I decided to set up an embedded systems & Electronics recruitment agency, now known as nGenium.
Throughout my 13 years in recruitment, I have extensive experience in building long-lasting relationships with a variety of clients and candidates in the embedded systems & electronics sector. I pride myself on being honest, personable, and committed to delivering the best service I can.
Outside of work, you will find me on the golf course or spending time with my family and socialising with friends.
